加工中心(CNC)

  MCV-720,MCV-2100,SP3016,LP3025数控加工中心(CNC)设备,自动化程度、加工精度高,适应加工范围广,工件一次装夹后可自动连续完成铣削、镗孔、钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、攻丝及三维曲面、斜面的加工。主要用于模具基模、电极、侧模活字块铣槽、配块及模具主要零件的钻孔,攻丝,铣槽等工序的加工。

数控机床(NC)

CK5112、CK5116、CK5120、CK6163、CK6180、CKA678、CK64125等一系列数控机床是轮胎模具型腔曲面的理想加工机床。轮胎模具数控刻花机可五座标联动,机床精度高、切削性能好,最适应轮胎花纹变化复杂的模具加工。轮胎模具数控电火花机床,具有高精密度,加工表面低粗糙度的性能,是生产优质轮胎模具的高精度机电一体化设备。

The numerically controlled engraving machine features a 5-coordinate linkage,high precision,and a good cutting performance,making it capable of processing moulds with complex tread designs. The numerically controlled electrical discharge lathe features electromechanical integration, and with its combination of high precision with low machined surface roughness, it is suitable for production of very high quality moulds.
